A word from our founder, Ian Smith

"As a state registered paramedic with 30 years experience gained in both teaching ambulance staff and serving on land and air ambulance units. I found one of the most frustrating parts of any incident was when the relatives and friends of an injured/ill patient felt so frustrated and helpless because they did not have the knowledge or skills to save a life. I want people to understand that whether they are at work or home they can help to ‘save a life’. We aim to deliver high quality training to all of our customers to ensure they are both competent and confident in their abilities when needed."
